HOLE-FREE PLASTIC CORNERS

HOLE-FREE PLASTIC CORNERS

Includes 2 types: large corner & small corner – protects package edges during strapping

Introduction & Functions

Plastic corners are accessories used to protect the edges of carton boxes, packages, or pallets during strapping. They are made from industrial plastics (PP, ABS, PBT), offering high durability, good compressive strength, and multiple reuse cycles.

  • Edge protection: distributes strapping force, prevents cutting, and avoids strap marks on boxes/cartons.
  • Anti-slip for straps: keeps the strap fixed in place without shifting during transport.
  • Goods safety: reduces the risk of damage, especially for heavy or high-value shipments.
  • Reusable: can be reused many times, helping save packaging costs.
  • Various designs: hole-free (large/small), with holes, 3-prong – suitable for many packaging needs.
  • Storage method: store in a cool, ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, and avoid room temperatures above 40°C. To extend service life, occasionally soak them in water and dry them thoroughly.
