RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY

General terms

The exchange/return period is 07 days from the date of receipt. If the product is defective due to the manufacturer, a 1-for-1 replacement applies.

Warranty scope

Lifetime warranty for plastic injection molds & rubber molds manufactured by HUNG PHUOC LOI CO., LTD (conditions: molds supplied by the company and stored in accordance with regulations).

Exchange conditions

Product has a technical defect from the manufacturer or missing/wrong parts when unboxing.
Items remain intact with labels and serial numbers (if any) and include all accessories.
No signs of misuse or unauthorized intervention.

Not applicable

Damage caused by impact, chemicals, or improper power sources.
Natural wear-and-tear or consumables.
No valid proof of purchase from our system.

Resolution process

1) Contact – Send a request via hotline/email with a description of the defect and photos/video.

2) Confirmation – Customer Support replies within 24–48h with packing & shipping instructions.

3) Inspection – Technicians examine the item within 1–3 business days.

4) Solution – Replace / Repair / Refund according to policy.

Notes

Keep the box, foam, and VAT invoice to speed up processing.
Two-way shipping fees will be informed on a case-by-case basis.

I want to exchange on the same day I receive the goods?

Yes, if the exchange conditions are met. Contact Customer Support for guidance to the nearest drop-off point.

What if the product is damaged during transportation?

Take photos/video immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48h. We will support a replacement after verification.
